Our events & training sessions are full of fun but that doesn’t meant there isn’t the chance to add some serious learning objectives.

Our team of highly experienced workshop facilitators will create and deliver a fun learning experience to engage your staff while they are learning your key objectives.

Over the past 15 years we have delivered hundreds of team building sessions, workshops and events. Our professional facilitators bring a theatrical energy to deliver key messages, objectives and learning to your staff. All through an active learning method encouraging (but not forcing) group work and learning through fun.

We believe in the Kolb learning cycle of : Plan, Do, Review. This ensures your participants clearly see benefit to their training and it’s not simply ‘another training day’.

Role play, training or workshop facilitation. We are able to host and run these events for you virtually or live.

Our Digital Detective: Your staff are ‘detectives’ investigating a cold case. In teams they will pitch their skills against each other. They will question ‘live’ suspects before analysing information, clues and reports. Working together they must decide which are the facts and which are the red herrings before deciding who should be charged. This is a challenging and fun experience with significant learning objectives. Our host will facilitate the event and provide detailed feedback to staff at the end of the session.

Role-playing Will help your staff build confidence in unfamiliar or difficult situations. We will create a safe environment to ‘try before you buy’ Our professional actors will create scenarios where staff can prepare for meetings, interviews, presentations , or emotionally difficult conversations, such as when you're resolving conflict 

You can also use role-play to spark brainstorming sessions, to improve communication between team members, and to see problems or situations from different perspectives.

Tone of voice: How to get the best from a situation over the phone, virtually or live. The way we speak can encourage or discourage our clients. How to engage and encourage staff and customers using just your voice.

Group work and facilitation : Our standard Murder Mystery events, while being fun and participative also provide a great team bonding experience. Working together and in teams your staff must decide Whodunit collectively within a group setting. They must identify key information and through intelligent open questions may find themselves with the right answer.
